Will all students please make themselves tidy, and make their way towards the main hall for your first uniform inspection. Please re-read the rules as they most certainly apply in this situation. Do not run and please keep your voices down.
(note: This is where you could all engage in some real roleplay, chatting and *actions* as you make your way to the hall, expressing worries about stuff you may have forgotten to put on/don't know if it is regulation, weren't expecting it, getting lost on the way and coming in late, etc. ie: *in another part of the school* then state your trouble!)

OH NO!
*falls out of bed and pulls on green stuff*
*runs to mirror and starts brushing teeth*
Glancing in the mirror i realise that my green stuff is not the acceptable school uniform and run (toothbrush still in mouth) to put it on. During all this a blob of toothpaste smears onto my collar, it goes unnoticed by anyone save Aeron my eagle-eyed kestral (heh, i like that)
*running downstairs i trip and flip upright again into the main hall*
"anyone know if these inspection things are gonna be regular or just one offs like fire alarms?"

Well there's something good baout waking up 4 am in the morning to brush Deneb. Now you stay here Deneb and odnt get in to any touble!

Great...I'm going to get in toruble for sure! Deneb dont howl like that! And odnt ven think about tackling or trying to eat someone! Opps I had to keep my voice down...

hmm a uniform, would look as a dark black wizarding robes Spellcasting * T-R-A-N-S-F-O-R-M* much better, *strolls briskly down the corridors waving staff menacingly at those foolish enough to get in his way and uses staff to blow open doors of school hall, much to disaproval of the tutors and headmistress's* Well I am here and I dont much care that my uniform is now wizarding robes, I am hear to teach and learn magic not manners. *head mistress glares as he threateningly waves his staff at other house students*

If you do that again I shall demote you to kitchen staff! And don't say you will leave because you offered your skills and therefore you are bound to the premises.
