Familiar registration

On the form it says register your familiar, I have an Enchanted Dark Dragon with me, can someone "register it?" is name is Dracus Felixi Crysophilax Asforumnai or Dracus for short. It has immensley hot breath and is known to turn invisible but may attacked if provoked
